You can help change the life of someone in need.
Serving the homeless and potentially homeless in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
Safe Harbour is a not-for-profit organization that provides a continuum of housing services for the homeless of Cumberland County. Safe Harbour is governed by an independent Board of Directors and derives its financial support from individuals, organizations, churches, fees paid by residents, commercial rents, investments, foundations, federal and state grants, as well as the United Way.

Our services include operating an emergency shelter for families and single females who are in desperate need of a secure place to live and an environment to begin getting their lives under control. The bridge housing program helps individuals and families in need of longer-term assistance continue to acquire the skills necessary for independent living and a productive life style. Single individuals that need additional "life support", but are ready for independent living, may be offered the opportunity to reside in one of our single-room-occupancy (SRO) permanent housing facilities.
